and who should i blame on ?


I PUT THE BLAME ON ME ! ME !






memang bersyukur dengan apa yang ada , memang .
Alhamdulillah masih sempurna tubuh badan .

BUT i want to keep fit and stay healthy . everytime i step on the weight scale ,
it keep increasing !

And correction ! its not about being beautiful and cool . Beautiful is very subjective , it differ on every person point of view .

Its all about confident , and to boost up and improve yourself esteem .

OKAY , tolak tambah darab bahagi , i already gained 7 kg . what was that fyna ?!
okay , now hampa semua nak rekomen apa kat aku ? jusmate 5 ? -.-' jogging keliling kolej masria ? -___-

hurm . serabut k bai .

  4. ok. 7 kg? nampaknya taun dpan mesti tender cafe masria, murni,foodcourt dapat kat org yg sama sbb tu mnunjukkan makanan depa sgt sedap..

    aku rindu cucoq udang murni weeii !! huhu

  6. hari2 sebelum pi kelas, jogging sampai gate utama dulu pastu lepak dgn pk ck2 kat c2 5 minint...pastu jogging balik masria pastu pi kelas...insyaALLAH...amalkan 2 hari skali..kompem kurus... wink2~~ =P

    *nak lgi effective amalkan setiap kali ada kelas...
